Gubernatorial & Legislative Candidates Survey
With Wisconsin's August 11 primary election approaching, now is the time to learn where candidates stand on the issues that impact our creative community and economy.
In addition to the Gubernatorial Candidate responses we shared last month, Imagine MKE and Create Wisconsin invited candidates for all 17 odd-numbered Wisconsin State Senate seats and all 99 Wisconsin State Assembly seats on the ballot to answer questions about their vision for economic growth, arts and culture, education, and the well-being of Wisconsin residents.
These candidate surveys provide voters with clear, accessible information about each candidate's perspectives while highlighting the vital role that arts and culture play in Wisconsin's economy and communities. They also help foster meaningful conversations about the state's creative economy throughout the 2026 election cycle.
As additional responses are received, we will continue to publish them on the website and share on our social media channels.
We encourage you to take a moment to review the candidate responses, share them with your networks, and make your voice heard on Primary Election Day, August 11.
