Official Rules: Imagine MKE Sweepstakes
NO DONATION OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A DONATION DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
This sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Imagine MKE, Inc., a Wisconsin nonprofit organization, Milwaukee, WI.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion Period
Promotion begins June 9, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on March 31, 2027 (“Promotion Period”). Eligible entries received during the Promotion Period will remain active and eligible for all subsequent drawings conducted during the Promotion Period.
Entries will not carry over beyond the final drawing conducted on or about April 1, 2027. Any future sweepstakes conducted by Sponsor after the Promotion Period will be governed by separate official rules.
Individuals who make a qualifying donation or submit an eligible free entry between June 9, 2026 and June 30, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time will automatically be entered into the initial drawing on or about July 1, 2026 at approximately 12:00 p.m. Central Time, as well as all future quarterly sweepstakes drawings to be conducted by Sponsor during the Promotion Period.
First Drawing Date: On or about July 1, 2026
Eligible Entry Window: June 9–June 30, 2026
Second Drawing Date: On or about October 1, 2026
Eligible Entry Window: June 9–September 30, 2026
Third Drawing Date: On or about January 1, 2027
Eligible Entry Window: June 9–December 31, 2026
Fourth Drawing Date: On or about April 1, 2027 (final drawing)
Eligible Entry Window: June 9, 2026–March 31, 2027
Prizes for the October, January, and April drawings will be determined and announced by Sponsor no later than fourteen (14) days prior to each applicable drawing date. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on the day prior to the applicable drawing date to be eligible for that drawing.
4. How to Enter
Donation Entry: When you make a donation of any amount to Imagine MKE, Inc. during the Promotion Period, you will receive one (1) sweepstakes entry. Suggested donation: $50.
A Donation Form must be returned to Imagine MKE by 11:59:59 p.m. Central Standard Time the day prior to the drawing date. You may also donate online by 11:59:59 p.m. Central Standard Time the day prior to the drawing date, at imaginemke.org/donate.
Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without making a donation, send an email to info@imaginmke.org with subject line: “Sweepstakes Entry.” The body of the message must include your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number. AMOE entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. CT on the day prior to the drawing date.
Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry. No one person can win more than once during the promotional period.
5. Prizes
One prize package will be awarded to one winner in the July drawing:

Family/Dual Member to Milwaukee Arts Museum (approximate value $119)

Transportation Tour for (2) with Art Tours MKE (approximate value $264)
Prizes for the October, January, and April drawings will be determined and announced by Sponsor no later than fourteen (14) days prior to each applicable drawing date and will be added as an amendment to the Official Rules. The minimum prize value for each drawing will be $100.
No substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. Winner Selection, Notification & Verification
One (1) potential winner will be selected in each random drawing conducted by Imagine MKE, Inc. on or about the following dates at approximately 12:00 p.m. Central Time:

Each drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received by 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on the day prior to the applicable drawing date. Eligible entries received during the Promotion Period will remain active and eligible for all subsequent drawings conducted during the Promotion Period.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each drawing.
Each selected entrant is a potential winner and will be notified by email. To be declared an official winner and receive a prize, the potential winner must respond within fourteen (14) days of notification and may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release (collectively, the “Prize Claim Documents”) within the time period specified by Sponsor.
Failure to respond to the notification, return any required Prize Claim Documents within the specified time period, comply with these Official Rules, or satisfy the eligibility requirements may result in disqualification. If a potential winner is disqualified, cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner in a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant or potential winner and to require proof of identity, age, residency, or other information necessary to confirm eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
7. Prize Delivery
Prizes will be delivered electronically, by mail, or made available for local pickup at Sponsor’s discretion. Winners are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information within the timeframe requested by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for undeliverable emails, returned mail, shipping delays, lost or stolen packages, or a winner’s failure to claim or accept a prize. Sponsor’s obligation is limited solely to making a reasonable effort to deliver the prize using the contact information provided by the winner. If a prize is returned as undeliverable or remains unclaimed for more than thirty (30) days after notification, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner or forfeit the prize.
8. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or undeliverable entries. Winner grants permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name and general city/state for promotional purposes unless prohibited by law.
9. Limitation of Liability; Release
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, its partner companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, prize suppliers, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, costs, or expenses of any kind arising out of or related to participation in the Sweepstakes, the acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or redemption of any prize, or any Sweepstakes-related activity.
The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, delayed, or undelivered entries; (b) technical, hardware, software, network, website, or telecommunications malfunctions or failures of any kind; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes; (d) printing, typographical, administrative, or technological errors; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize.
10. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's and its designees' use of the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, biographical information, city and state of residence, and prize information for advertising, promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, or permission.
11. Privacy
Information collected from entrants in connection with the Sweepstakes, including name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, and any other information provided during the entry process, will be used by Sponsor for the administration of the Sweepstakes, winner verification and notification, fulfillment of prizes, and as otherwise permitted by law.
By entering, participants agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of their information for the purposes described in these Official Rules. Except as otherwise provided in these Official Rules, Sponsor will not sell or share entrants' personal information with third parties except as necessary to administer the Sweepstakes, comply with legal obligations, or protect Sponsor's rights.
12. Governing Law
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
