Required Qualifications
- At least five years of measurable success in development and fundraising, highlighted by repeat contributions, major gifts, and high donor retention rates.
- A history of building fruitful, enduring relationships with a wide range of Milwaukeeans: from executives, business leaders, and public figures, to community members of all backgrounds.
- Proven success in acquiring philanthropic support at various levels via direct solicitation.
- Experience with grant writing, fulfillment, and reporting.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills, email etiquette, and multicultural awareness.
- Experience with CRM usage, including data entry protocols and campaign tracking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Adobe Acrobat, or equivalent.
Preferred Additional Qualifications
- Knowledge of Milwaukee’s arts and culture community.
- Experience in securing public funding or coordinating public/private partnerships.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $65,000-$75,000. You will also receive a competitive benefits package, including medical, vision, and prescription coverage; paid time off; holiday and sick pay; and participation in a 401(k)retirement plan.

Operations Coordinator
Versatile, adaptable, and reliable, the Operations Coordinator is a skilled multidisciplinarian. This essential team member will ensure that day-to-day administrative and program logistics are running smoothly. This will include scheduling, record-keeping, event management, coordination with partner organizations, executing basic HR tasks, and supporting senior staff.

- Project management or events planning experience in the nonprofit or creative sector.
- Bilingual (Spanish or Hmong).
